In this privacy policy, I explain which personal data I collect, why I collect it, and what your rights are.

I handle your personal data with care and ensure it is properly secured and used only for the purposes for which it was collected.

NomiCreate processes personal data when you use my services or contact me. This may include:

  • Billing and/or correspondence address

  • Phone number

  • Bank account number

  • Performing an agreement

  • Preparing and sending quotations and invoices

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), personal data may only be processed on specific legal grounds. For NomiCreate, these are:

I do not retain personal data longer than necessary.

  • Invoices and administrative records: 7 years (legal requirement)

  • Correspondence and project-related data: as long as necessary for the assignment or administration

NomiCreate never sells your personal data to third parties.

Data is only shared when necessary, for example with:

  • An accountant or bookkeeping service

  • The Dutch Tax Authorities

When third parties process data on my behalf, I make agreements to ensure your privacy is properly protected.
